"Firm Subpoenaed my wife to report @0900 for a case that was not going to be heard till 1400. NOONE showed till almost 1400. The Judge told her she didn't have to be there till 1400. My wife drive 2 hours to be there @0900. We questioned the office about it BEFORE the trail date and even today when I called them in order to get her mileage reimbursement, they still insist that it was appropriate. She lost a day of work but they didn't care to ask about that before the office person ran me off the line. BTW they lost the case before even 1 witness was called so a complete waste of time. I will raise to 2 stars if we ever get the money for the mileage, which they couldn't even tell me what the amount per mile was, like the rate changes alot, just weird."
