"The free breakfast was a let down. Only ate it once the entire time we stayed there."
"The hotel knew that at night ( all night ) the next door parking garage was being Jackhammerd out... You can't sleep here and they wouldn't even move us to the other side... Gatlinburg apparently has no issues with them making noise all night as long as during the day they don't disturb the Ripley aquarium.... Dont stay here if you actually want to sleep.."
