"Do not do business with this company. We ordered upright extensions from them and they forgot the hardware. Tyler Payne assured me they would reimburse me if I purchased the hardware from Home Depot which I did. I sent a detailed list of the costs I incurred with receipts multiple times and no response. I expect to work with companies that admit their mistakes and fix them. T.P Supply is not that type of company."

"I searched the internet to find new and good quality pallet racks. I found the beautiful TP Supply Company website. Because I wanted to make sure I got new racks I called and specifically asked for new racks. I ordered them and they told me it would be 2-3 says for shipping. Almost 3 weeks later they finally arrived. The driver of the delivery truck showed me them and pointed out that they were rusty, bent, beat up and definitely not new. The driver could tell I was upset and he told me I could refuse them. I first called the TP Supply Company and the woman I spoke to was nice about it. Then she transferred me to a guy named Tyler who asked for photos. I sent photos and he said the racks were new. Both the truck driver and my wife could not believe what he was saying. I told him I ordered new ones and not old, rusty, beat up ones and I was not accepting the order. He was very rude and told me he would not refund the money that I would have to take him to court to get the refund. I was able to speak with the owner of the company who was more level headed and he said he would have to see them before refunding the money. I will keep you updated if they end up providing a refund."

"We ordered racks from T.P. Supply at a competitive price. Unfortunately, snow and flu season delayed shipment, and then they arrived damaged. However Tyler and crew did their best to get them to us on a tight deadline. We unfortunately had to go somewhere else to get racks set up in time. However, they were a pleasure to deal with and gave us a very prompt refund. Would use them again."
