Nimocks Fitness Center

Nimocks Fitness Center, located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States, is a state-of-the-art gym and health facility catering to the fitness needs of current MU students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The center offers a wide range of cardio equipment including treadmills, striders, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and spinning bikes, as well as weight machines and an indoor track. Additionally, there is a multi-purpose gym available for basketball, volleyball, and other indoor activities, which must be reserved through the Campus Recreation & Wellness office.

Access to the Nimocks Fitness Center requires a current MU ID card, and the facility may have reduced hours during breaks, final exams, and summer months. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a waiver, and those under 16 are restricted from certain areas of the facility. The center also reserves the right to close for special events and maintenance.
