"We came from another Taekwondo facility where my daughter went for about 3.5 years. The classes there were over crowded, mixed adults with 5 year olds, and was very focused on the forms.. minimal sparring, board breaking or conditioning. Plus you had to sign a minimum of a year contract. Tiger Rock of Holly Springs has renewed my 8 year old daughter's love of TKD. This place is great. They divide classes by age groups and they aren't over crowded so each student gets help throughout class. I love that they work on athleticism and conditioning as well as Martial Arts. They have a month to month plan so you don't have to commit to a long contract. The instructors have a perfect balance of discipline and fun. Also, they use a progressive form, which is great! No more learning a new form for every belt...it just adds on to the prior. If you couldn't tell, I'm really grateful we found this place!"
