Reviews
"I wish I could rate this school 10 stars. Ms. Bullock and Ms. V are phenomenal teachers. The staff and administration are so compassionate and patient with my child. Highly recommend."
"I would rate prime rose to the least , the staff and management are not courteous. My son went there when he was 3 years old and since he was not walking and was delayed , he was not taken care properly and eventually we were called to take him out and suggested to have Nanny. A system who runs school and deals with kids should have courtesy to how to talk to parents and treat a small kid. We are now out but wanted to put this review so that if any parents who are looking to send their kids to prime rose and if they are delayed, please back out ."
"Staff needs training in the use of behavior management techniques other than redirecting. They lack skills in understanding how to instruct learning and management for the individual needs of all students. Additionally, the staff is unwilling to meet with parents and jointly develop goals for students who are struggling. As a parent, grandparent, teacher, administrator and a doctor in Educational Leadership, I know the importance of working together toward the common goal of student success. Research indicates a negative long term effect of expulsion of preschool children. Primrose of Apex is quick to send children home and expel them without implementing teacher parent meetings, developing individual strategies for the child and provide time for implementation. It is sad that this school does lacks the skills to work to make all students be successful."
"We absolutely LOVE this school! My son is 4 1/2 and has been here since he was 18 months old. He will attend Pre-K here as well. The staff is great. The teachers are kind (especially Mrs. Farrah). Communication has been great between the staff and families. Playground is clean and safe. They are a Peanut & Tree Nut Free school. While this isn’t important to some families to us it’s absolutely necessary to keep our child safe. The staff goes above and beyond to celebrate holidays and events. I feel like my child has learned so much at Primrose. We love receiving pictures and updates during the day from the staff."
"Kerry and Derek are excellent in their approach to childcare with a focus on a learning environment. We've had our two little ones with them for the past three years and couldn't be happier. The teachers are loving, helpful and competent. I recommend this School without hesitation!"
