"Our 6 year old son has attended camp here multiple times. Its his favorite camp of the ones we've tried so far (Others we have tried include: SportsHQ (do not recommend), Rock Solid Warrior (good), Art of Stem (good), YMCA (ok), Town of Apex (ok), Camp Rock / Showtime Elite (ok)). What makes XL Sports World so good is their staff. The coaches really play with my son and keep him well-engaged. He burns off so much energy here and has a lot of fun! They also do little things too that set them apart. For example, they greet my son by name, say hello/goodbye, and have surprise treats on occasion (free pretzel)."
"Son played Co ed soccer. Place where grown men push around younger men an women. Refs are horrible and pay no attention. Sons team had people they didn’t have on their team come in and play ( ball hogs) So sad but hey if makes your ego feel better then this is your place. Waste of hard earned money. Poorly managed. Least it’s over."
"Nice to have an indoor facility. Not kept that clean( that includes the bathrooms).Coaches for the most part are pretty good. Unfortunately one weekend I witnessed a Coach cheat multiple times during a game...pretty sad. And lastly, get rid of the alcohol guys. Alcohol and youth sports DO NOT MIX!"
"Staff have always been very friendly and present, you can tell they care about your kids as people, not just for money. Coach Cedric, our sons football coach, is always very friendly and super energetic encouraging the boys after games. They have had some very energetic and friendly new hires (which honestly was much needed). The play can sometimes get rough, but they are growing boys, no one is playing violently. The worst part of the program are the rude parents who can sometimes go too far and yell at kids, but managers (especially the red head one) are very good at stepping in, solving problems, or asserting themselves in an attempt to protect the kids on the field! (Some of these parents should be ashamed of themselves! Yelling at 12 year old boys trying to learn and love playing football!)"
"I visited this place twice. My experience the staff is professional and friendly. The faculty isn’t the cleanest and the air quality left much to be desired, considering it is an indoor sport complex however, who really noticed during evening Adult football games (here in America we call it soccer) when the drinks are going around. During the day the kids seem to be having a good time and this gets two thumbs up."
