At Triangle Jiu Jitsu Academy, we offer specialized women's only 10x6 minute rolls, with both gi and no gi options. All affiliations are welcome, with a recommended 6 months of experience.
Before participating in our training programs, participants are required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with martial arts and fitness training. It is important to consult a physician before starting any physical exercise program.
By signing the waiver, participants agree to release Triangle Jiu Jitsu Academy and its instructors from any liability in case of injury or damage sustained during training. Participants also give permission for the academy to use any photos or videos taken during classes for marketing purposes.

"Went there for a competition. An amazing facility. Complete with a shop for Gis, fighting apparel and accoutrements, a chiropractor, spa and obviously a place to train. The Gis are not specific to triangle BJJ so come one come all. The designer is on site and the Gis are great quality. I'm tall and thin, she found a Gi that fits perfectly for me. If I'm ever in this neck of the woods, I'd love to go to hop in and take a class or roll at open mat."

If you got kids, the scheduling is perfect - kids classes are every day 5-6 followed by adult classes. Plus early morning classes for early birds. Plus noon adult classes every day.
