"The staff members are very friendly and helpful (Callie) and I enjoy the group sessions with the trainers (Jeremy and Terrence)! They prepare you well for the first trial class if you don't have previous boxing experience so I didn't feel nervous. It's a great comfortable atmosphere with nice people of all skill levels and ages where I feel like I can go at my own pace. I also like that they have a variety of special classes for members and offer free technique classes as well. If you're looking to sweat, release stress, and enjoy working out in a fun and engaging way, I definitely recommend coming here!"
