"Poor customer service? I ordered 2 Final 4 shirts by phone, with Tori, and heard her tell the manager these are her 2 shirts. After giving my credit card info, I was assured the shirts could be picked up within the hour. Upon arrival, the manager advises they didn't have my shirts and only had a larger size! Get it together people! I wish Shrunken Head was open. I will get my shirts elsewhere."

"I ordered two Woody Durham tshirts online. I had an issue with UPS not recognizing my address which resulted in the package being held in their hub. Holly went above and beyond. She called UPS several twice to get the issue resolved. I received the shirts two days later. I also like the fact that they use the heavier Gildan brand tshirts instead of the thin/slim cut style. Was able to special order commemorative shirts online with shipping or in-store pickup options. Was notified by email when the order was ready (which was basically next day). A portion of the proceeds of my particular order go to charity. Owners also display signed jerseys (sorry, not for sale)."

The first floor has a large selection of Tar Heel apparel and merchandise. The second floor is devoted to team apparel. The store has a very convenient location in the heart of Franklin Street."
