"My friend suggested I do this class with her because I’ve had ALOT going on. We went to the introduction class and I was sooo nervous. However, as the class continued I experienced a confidence I never have before! I felt free, liberated, beautiful, and confident in my body! I strongly recommend this class to anyone to try! Not to mention it’s a great workout lol I was sore the next day! I was working out without even realizing it, which is so up my alley lol. I would love to get the membership soon!"

"This review is overdue. As an activity to do something new, I took an intro class on Friday, 01-13-23. I was very nervous but I made it thru the class. It was a good workout. There was a nice amount of people in the class but not too many for the instructor to not be available to give feedback. The staff seemed diverse. I'm not sure if I'd return, but it was a good experience."

"I had an amazing time with the private class with the ORIGINAL owner before she left (i forgot her name the black girl). The place and classes are great.. I just forewarn you all to just be careful when signing up for a membership and needing to cancel as the co-owner Olivia is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Just be mindful who we give our money and time too. Experience the fun for yourselves but just be mindful that if you ask questions or provide feedback of any kind that some are not receptive of constructive criticism to help improve and ensure to keep customers happy."
