"This track is a good track. You can definitely get a good workout for any runner. I would say if you're trying to get more casual runs in here run on the inside grass or around the track."

"It is a very nice track from what I could see but was never able to use it as i didn't know where to find free parking. I would love to go and run up there. Being new to the NC area It was dissapointing to ride there for 30 mins and not be able to find parking near it."
