"This place is pretty well rounded with numerous machines from each type. Everything is divided into sectors responsible for different muscle development. I found that to be very useful. The staff was super polite and very helpful. They made me feel very welcome."

"Always a friendly environment. Clean, equipment up to par and functioning. Never had a concern for my safety while here as well. I've left items in the lockers overnight by mistake and always were there when I returned. This is my 3rd year here. Started going during the pandemic when they required 6 feet of distance between treadmills. As long as I'm living in Gastonia this gym will always be my 1st choice."

"Everyone there has smiles on their face greet you when you walk in very helpful and the trainer that you have there. His name is Ethan. He is very nice professional, and seems very sincere and he listens to what your goals are and gives you direction on how to achieve them, he is not pushy and he really explains things There is another gentleman there I apologize I don’t remember his name but he is very tall has curly hair young and I was looking at tanning products and he was asking me what I was looking for in a product and he recommended a product to me and I absolutely love it the manager there also young guy very professional and he was very helpful in the assistance that I needed. I really hate working out but the team there encourages me and makes me look forward to coming and that says a lot because again I really hate working out so thank you all of you"

"This is one of the best planet fitness gyms I've went to. They have a clean facility , Great friendly staff, & it's not that busy so that's a huge bonus. The showers actually get hot and they clean them on the regular. Have not had any issues at this gym. The only downside would be the parking. Everything else is great. Highly recommend this gym."
