"Dr.Wright has absolutely no bedside manner. He was cold and dismissive, showing no empathy or compassion towards me nor my pet. We had a scheduled euthanasia and after two hours trying to tell us our pup was “fine” -she wasn’t. I’ve had her for 16+ years, I know my dog. He walked in the room, said, “Still a GO?” We said yes so he quickly jammed a syringe of sedative into her hind and waked out of the room… our pup was standing when he did it and within a minute she lost use of her limbs and violently collapsed to the floor, lost control of all bodily functions. We lay there on the tile floor in her feces and urine flowing down the grout lines with no towels or blanket and no one came back until we called the front desk after 30minutes! It was a truly disappointing experience.We love our old girl with all our hearts."
