Curtis Media Center

Located at 130 East Cameron Avenue in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the Curtis Media Center is a cutting-edge educational technology hub within the university setting. This new building, dedicated by the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media and Chancellor Kevin M. Guskiewicz, features a broadcast and podcast studio, a makerspace, and state-of-the-art classrooms. Made possible by a generous gift from alumnus Don Curtis '63 and his family foundation, the Curtis Media Center is a transformative space for students to explore, create, and learn. From the basement makerspace to the rooftop solar array, this facility offers hands-on learning experiences for students in various fields.
