"The admission process was great, staff was very helpful & followed up with answers to all my (families) questions & concerns."
"The facility was very clean. The admission process was very professional. The Rehabilitation staff was very informative and helpful. The nursing staff was good. I feel some of them needed help during some parts of the day. I was disappointed with the CNA staff, like a lot of businesses since the pandemic good workers are scarce. I do feel though that no matter what job we're doing from day to day we should don't with excellent ancu"
"Last week my father was admitted to the facility. The process went seamlessly. They went above and beyond to get my father onboard. It was excellent. My father was there for 24 hours. However, he was still ill and need to go back to the hospital. The pushback I received from this staff was unwarranted. They did not want him to leave. But we got him back to the hospital. That Monday I called the young lady who helped me get my father onboarded to tell her thank you for helping me, and this young lady gave me major attitude for removing my father from this establishment. And my father is still in the hospital at this point. Word to the wise, if your love one falls ill or needs medical attention ASAP, this isn’t the spot for you all to establish the care and respect that you need to progress with success. They will hinder you from getting your love one released. And if it’s a life threatening situation, I don’t see this team focusing on the issue that needs to be addressed. Nice group of folks, but not the staff you need caring for your love one."
"I'm honestly torn writing this review because I would actually rate it closer to a three stars or average place based on my experiences with my father being there so far. He lucked out and got his own room, he seems to get consistent rehab five days a week and the nurses do make there rounds to make sure he needs are met. I even got a phone call when his potassium level got too high and he needed to go to the hospital. The problem is, the food they are serving him at this place is very much contributing to being able to keep his levels in check. He constantly receives meals containing oranges, potatoes, watermelon, ham, etc all which contain high levels of potassium and should be an automatic red flag for a patient with known kidney issues and should be on a renal based diet. My dad and well as myself submitted several verbal and written complaints about this. The admin called me back to reassure me that his dietician and nurse staff has been informed of his dietary needs and the situation would be corrected. However, its been a week since my last complaint and the dietary rollercoaster continues. It seems like they try a little harder during the weekdays but the weekends are the wild wild west out there. I figure like most facilities, the weekend care is understaffed and so the attention to detail falls off the cliff. It's a shame too, the people that work there do seem like they really care or atleast pay you the lip service even if the actions don't fully line up with rhetoric."
