Banfield Pet Hospital

"This has to be the best pet hospital I've ever been to. The staff would always greet Milo by name and he really seemed to enjoy the staff. Dr. Carpenter was excellent at describing what Milo needed and why. They were very respectful and always listened. I had issues with the Orlando Banfield with regards to his medical records and they took it upon themselves to contact the other Banfield and straighten things out. If I ever moved back to Knoxville I would definitely use this pet hospital again."

"I enjoyed the fact that they offer plans and were able to see us so soon. Now I did have problems with how it felt like everything was about getting the more expensive items and I didn't like that but they didn't fight me too much and I was able to get what we needed. I don't enjoy how expensive the food they recommend is. I didn't ask more about that because I honestly was just trying to leave before my pocket got drained."

"We took our cat Domino here yesterday. The staff was very attentive and caring throughout the whole process. We already have pet insurance so I'm glad they didn't try to push their "wellness plans". Also, I like they they gave us food and diet recommendations briefly and let us choose for ourselves what to use in time. I hate when a vet preaches at you about food or the importance of wellness plans they prob get kick backs off of. They called and checked on him today as well. Overall, a very good experience!"

"They have wonderful insurance plans for all stages of a pet's life and they are very affordable. They always call me to set up appointments for the dogs so I don't have to remember when their exams or shots are due. They always call and check up on them the day after, as well. I can drop my pups off in the morning for their exam and shots and pick them up in the afternoon and I never have to wait. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and they truly love animals. The vets are knowledgeable and always able to answer my many questions. I highly recommend them! UPDATE: I still stand by this review. Dr. Dickson was so amazing when our chihuahua was diagnosed with cancer and we eventually had to put her down. We have 3 other dogs that have been going here since they were 6 weeks old. Two of them got into some Vitamin D, which can kill dogs, and the vet saw them immediately. She undoubtedly saved their lives. She even discounted the service because there were two of them. It cost a lot, but I can only imagine what it would cost at the emergency vet. All the vets I have seen are very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this vet."
