"Jena from student code of conduct never refunded me for 2 classes I paid for out of pocket and they wouldn’t let me know when the next start dates for the classes I paid for ! After being put on probation period for 6 months after the period was over NO REFUND , no CLASSES & No email back from Mrs Jenna unless she’s letting me know she won’t be back in the office ! I hate that this is what students have deal with and mind you very bad attitude! I have receipts as well! It’s been a year and still no response about my money or classes . Report them to the BBB ! If you have the same issue"

"I got an email from the Harper Campus stating that my book was ready for pick up TODAY Left my job to go pick it up since they close at 5. The VERY rude receptionist Michaela wanted nothing to do with me. She was on a personal Call for about 10 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence, then seemed irritated that she had to end her phone call to deal with me. She is now saying it wont be ready for pick up until the 31st? I’m not sure why they would tell me it was ready for pickup without attempting to Even see if it was in stock? Have taken classes at that Campus before an had never seen such a rude employee . Will purchase my book from Amazon"

"Jasmine Hines does not return emails or phone calls. They charge more money and fees than other colleges for the same continuing Ed classes. They also cancel cont Ed classes for low enrollment when other colleges will hold a class with 2 students. I will not attempt to patronize this school again."
