"I cannot speak about any of the doctors at this practice because we never got a chance to see them. I attempted to make an appointment and was told I had to fill out the new patient forms first and they would call me. I filled them out December 14, 2021… all 17 pages of them. Sent them in and didn’t hear anything back week after week. I’ve called now four separate times leaving my name and information each time. I have never once received a phone call back. The first excuse was that the employee that did the intake paperwork wasn’t in today but when she got back I would receive a call. Okayyyy a few days later still nothing. I called again. It was 8am and I was told she got in at 9am and she would give me a call after reviewing the paperwork…. Yet no call. I called a third time and was told she was going to take a covid test and wasn’t sure if she was going to come back soon. I get it! It happens. I called this week and was told she had to be quarantined but ASSURED me that I would be receiving a call back this week. I told the receptionist I would try back later in the week. Her words were “Don't worry, your paperwork will be looked over and you will receive a call this week. I’m sure of it. We will call you.” Yet here we are Saturday and I never received a call throughout the week. I don’t understand how you can have only one person in the office doing intake. If things come up, okay it happens. Then have someone else do it. I was told in mid December that appointments were backed up until mid January. Okay we are in mid January now and I haven’t even received a call back. If I wanted to actually go here I would maybe get an appointment in March now??? This practice came highly recommended and I couldn’t be more disappointed with how it’s ran. I didn’t even mention this was an appointment for my CHILD. A child having a mental health crisis and trying to receive help… I couldn’t be more disappointed. I guess take your child here if their mental health isn’t a priority or they don’t even want an initial appointment for months… UPDATE: I finally received a call today. It was 1:00pm February 3… that’s how long it took for me to submit paperwork and get ONE single phone call. The best part was she had no idea I had called several times. Great communication there. Would not recommend to ANYONE."
