Duke Children's Health Center Neonatal Clinic

Duke Children's Health Center Neonatal Clinic, located at 2301 Erwin Road in Durham, North Carolina, is a specialized clinic for infants and toddlers up to age three who are at risk for slow growth and developmental delays. Our team of neonatal specialists, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, therapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and social workers provide comprehensive care for high-risk children. We also work closely with other subspecialists and community providers as needed.

Please review our visitor guidelines before visiting, as safety is our top priority. The clinic is open on the second and fourth Tuesday and Thursday of every month. We see children who are at high risk of feeding and growth difficulties or development delays due to various conditions.

We offer equal access and free accessibility services for patients and visitors who need them, including interpreter services for those who prefer to communicate in a language other than English. Duke faculty, staff, students, affiliates, and contractors are not eligible for discounted validations.
