"Accepts Tricare. My son has seen Dr. Buenaseda and Dr. Pitts, they are wonderful and I recommend Kids First.. The staff has always been kind to me. My son has never waited more than 24 hours to get in for an appointment."

"At this particular facility, the doctor is amazing but the front staff is beyond rude. Every time we go there there’s a set of two younger girls that give nothing but attitude and are very nasty. There was one time where they couldn’t even wait for me and my children to leave without starting poke fun at me and my children. If it wasn’t for my children, being sick and cranky, that would’ve been an entirely different situation as I would’ve handled it completely different. Even when you call, they are rude and snicker snide comments over the phone. They even made it a point right before that to take a personal phone call before printing out my paper while eyeballing me as if it was funny, making me wait. That front end staff needs to be completely replaced as it’s ruining this particular facility especially when it has a fantastic doctor."

"Judgmental doctors, if I could give no stars, I would. 10/10. I do not recommend this office! Your concerns do not matter to them. You walk into the office and don't get that friendly vibe. There is only one fantastic nurse there. She is sweet and listens to you, a great Southern woman. Please take your kids elsewhere! There is a reason they have a 2.9 review.. they do not care if you are the parent they think they are above us and that is a huge issue."

"We used this place back in 2018, they totally failed to bill our insurance, I never received a bill from them either, just now I got a huge collection added to my credit for this place, I called the insurance, which confirmed we were fully covered for the year of 2018, but they never received a claim from Kids First in regards to our visit(s). They had 365 days + 18 month to submit the claim to insurance, now I am stuck with a collection on my credit and a drop in my score. Well done"

"We were refused service due to medical decision we made. Me confirmed they were ok with this in their office then later that day they called us and refused to see us. This was our first appointment since moving here and it was for a prescription refill for mental health. They hung up on us and would not return phone calls or anything. They do not take medical history into consideration or anything, and won’t even listen to what previous doctors have said when they have the medical records in front of them."
