"If I could leave no stars I would this place one is run down on top of that I requested my childs records and they had gave me another persons records with the same name violating hippa is a serious thing. To find out the mixed my child immunizations list and visit under a whole other child’s account. So when I call to explain this of course the unprofessional women tells me I can just walk in and explained what happened I’m calling for a reason and she’s telling me so show up to request them usually I have to wait and call because it takes 3-5 days to pick them up she stated well if there busy just wait ?? So raggedy!!!"

"I’m currently sitting in the office where we had a 3 pm appointment it’s going on 4:15 and haven’t heard or seen anyone since. It takes weeks to get in for a simple appt and then hours to even get seen."

"I had given this establishment a 5 star review in the past however things have changed tremendously. There is a new doctor every time we go in for an appointment so I hate that the consistency isn’t there and there are no relationships being formed. We’ve been trying to schedule my daughter’s wellness visit since before January being that she turned 3 in February but they kept saying oh call back in a month to schedule because of problems with having a provider. Finally I get her an appointment date for March 24th but a week later they call to reschedule it and now can’t get her in until mid April. If every other office wasn’t booked and not accepting new patients I would have pulled her off the patient list months ago. Let’s not forget to mention the fact that after any ER visits when the doctor tell you to check up with your kid’s provider within a week there’s no point even calling to try because they can’t get you in for a month +"

The staff is very understanding that myself & my husband work & they schedule our children according to our needs which is very much appreciated. keep up the good work guys."
