"We had an 11:30 appointment for my grandson. We made it on my daughter's lunch hour. At 12 she called to see what was going on and she needed to get back to work The response was what prompted the review. Courtney said to her that she wasn't getting out of there in that time. Our time is just ad important and the courtesy of getting seen on time is important to us. Personally I have brought my grandchildren in and have waited a long time past our appointment. The doctor is always nice but the staff is flippant and rude every single time. Get it together people and see your patients in a reasonable time. We all have jobs to do as well as get our kids taken care of."

"I have been taking my kids here since they were babies. The staff is always professional. There is the occasional long wait in the exam rooms but that's to be expected with an office this size. There are plenty of times where there was no wait at all. Lots of pictures on the walls for the kiddos. Nurses and doctors do their best to keep the kids unafraid and laughing."
