"Almost 5 months ago, I took my granddaughter to the ER because she had a high fever. When she was been attended to, the intake nurse put an oxygen monitor on her toe. This is standard procedure, but she taped it on with stretching tape. It stayed on for hours. Once we left, we noticed her toe was swollen and it was leaking. We took her back, but they pushed us us back to her PCP. We finally show a dermatologist, today. He said it was trauma to her toe and not fungus. I have apoke to the administrator and the director and no help at all."

"This is by far one of the worst places to bring your children. If they don’t think it’s important enough for them to call your child back then they will call everyone in front of them to the back. My daughter hurt her back and was in a lot of pain and the girls in the triage area skipped all over her like she wasn’t even there. I decided to not get out of hand with them and left. Also they can be very rude at times like they hate their jobs or something. #this is a case of ignorant workers ☠️"

"My niece was brought to the ER by ambulance due to unresponsiveness at around 7:15 pm. When she gain consciousness in the ambulance, they sent her and her mother to the waiting room. She was checked in and her insurance was placed in the system. It is almost 11 pm and she still hasn’t been called to the back. Other parents have brought their children in after us and has been seen and released. This has been the worst experience ever. That’s why I do not recommend this hospital."

"The staff, nurses, doctors, everyone was amazing. Very thorough and so kind. I had to leave another ER who was just leaving my 2 yr old in the waiting room severely ill and came to Bap Peds and was see fairly quick and had to be admitted. The care and kindness at Baptist was/is incredible."
