"Let's a teenager with a head Injury busted open sit in lobby while everyday ache n pain patients are seen. Injury severity levels don't matter here. Do not come here. Second bad experience. First was misdiagnosed said no broken foot bones. Er said next day there was 4 different bone breaks second and third rate physicians. Will not recommend to anybody"

"My daughter’s pediatricians office had a hard time fitting us in for an appointment. Devine intervention because we came here and Dr. Teague was amazing. She referred us for a CT when it was controversial for her age. She found out what was going on with my daughter and has put us on the right path to get her the help she needs to feel like a normal 5 year old again! Very grateful for the time Dr. Teague takes to care about her patients!"

"I called to ask when they closed and they said 8:30. I showed up at 7 which is a hr and a half before closing and they refused to let me in the building and also refused to let the other patients let me in and said they weren’t taking anymore patients. I will never even attempt to go here again considering it seems like they like to lie."

"People here makes u feel worthless, dont take you seriously nor your condition. They are slow that you can hear in the room they take you in they just watching youtube or doing tiktok. Hours are not right either they dont stay open till 8:30 at night."

"I was very pleased with the hours of operations because many closed their doors way earlier. I was very pleased with the lady at the window who greeted us and took our co-pay. She was very professional and had a welcoming manner! The nurse who took us back to the exam room was very nice and professional as well. The doctor was very nice, but he didn't one time examine my daughter. He knew we were there for what I suspected was a sinus infection. He never looked in her nose, her throat, her ears, nothing. The only thing he did was listen to her breath. He immediately started in on why it was frowned upon to give out antibiotics for sinus stuff and then recommended us to do pretty much all that my daughter had been doing since Wednesday. She was feeling miserable. We had waited an hour at least, which was fine because I believe patients should feel their doctor is listening to them and not feel rushed through their visits, for him to pretty much do nothing but prescribe her a mild cough syrup. She was exhausted and stuffy and basically would have been better off staying home. Our co-pay was around $70. I don't feel she received the care she should have. As it is, she may be out of school tomorrow, and I will end up paying another co-pay for another doctor visit. I really hope that your doctors will truly take time to listen to the patients and actually look closer into their patients complaints."
