"Very disappointed in a place that is supposed to care for children , there have been multiple instances that they were unprofessional and rude . As first time parents we were concerned about his weight as a two week old , they wanted him seen sooner then kept rescheduling us , and since we were already a few minutes late they refused to take him back to weigh him after expressing concern about his weight . There have been other times that we experienced unpleasant feelings towards this business we are first time parents and we aren’t perfect , there were times that they wouldn’t take him because we were 5 minutes late and it was their lunch break apparently when you ask for help you have to be perfect to keep an appointment. When we have questions about his health instead of them being answered they are ignored and pushed to the side ."

"Karen Wells is amazing! She sees my special needs 10 year & now My 1&2 year old toddlers to make it so much easier. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares! After trying doctors for 5 years we’ve been stable here 3+ years & although I move states with my job I still bring my kids here!"

"Absolutely wonderful staff. I've needed to get last minute appointments and they have always been able to fit my child in. The staff are all very friendly and do not push things on me that I don't want for my child."

"I have been taking both my children here since 2019. I even stayed with the practice while they had an office change (during the summer of 2021 when their office was completely closed). I have only had one incident with the new office. One day, in 2022, I called their phone line and left a voicemail as prompted to. I had called because my son came home early from school that day not feeling well. The voice prompt did say that they were experiencing a high volume of calls/messages and that the staff might not be able to get back to me until the end of the day. So, I am not really sure whether or not it was a technical error or if the person actually hung up when I answered, but the office did call me back before 5:00, and I did attempt to answer the phone, but the timing didn't work out and I answered right as they hung up. I had to call back and leave another voicemail, but it was already after closing time (5), so I did not get to talk to anyone about the situation until the next day. I am glad that they did return the call, however, I found the situation mildly annoying and inconvenient. Especially since my son wasn't feeling well and I only needed to speak to someone over the phone about it. It is my personal view that doctors' offices should be able to handle sicknesses, rather than parents having to take their kids to emergency rooms just for being sick; which end up crowding the waiting rooms while there are other emergencies that have to be dealt with. I understand, though, that the West Knox office had just gotten back into business after their new doctor taking over and I am sure that they were most likely overburdened with trying to catch up on all of their patients' appointments. Currently, I have no other concerns about this practice and will continue utilizing their services until further notice. Although, I do hope they get back to me soon about my son's autism specialist request. I know it takes time for the offices to have an opening, but it has already been about 2 months and I haven't heard back from the doctor yet."
