"Been waiting for my 90 year old Mom to have In-home Oxygen both for the concentrated version at home set up plus a transportable version as she needs supplementary oxygen ALWAYS!!! We had to clarity each time that my Mom would be coming home with me, as I would be taking care of her to my address. We did leave the hospital with a temporary allotment of oxygen, since the In-home Oxygen would be coming. After 5 or 6 calls (with each call clarifying where she's coming home to) and several hours later, we are home without any Oxygen for my Mom. I have called others for support to get me through this scary first night to have some help. I did have someone respond, but, I sure hope no one else has this much problem getting something as necessary as the air we need to breathe!!! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied about the lack of support for something so vital!"

"Went For A Sports Physical For My Child Staff Was Very Rude With An Attitude, Rushing & Wrote Down Anything BP, Temp, Weight & Height Was Wrong So I Had Them Do It Over. I Hate It Here & We Will Not Return"

"The doctors and nurses are very nice but the Beatties Ford location the workers including the doctors are late! If you have a early morning appointment say @9 the staff won’t get there till 10-20 mins late which means you still maybe waiting on a front desk person so you won’t get seen till 9:30 or close to 10! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!"

"Take your child elsewhere! The staff are always great but the doctors are always in a rush! After a long wait to be seen, the Dr. Checked my newborn baby and leaves our room in less than 3 minutes. She talks over me and is running out the door when i try to ask questions. Finally had enough of it. I transferred my son to Southlake pediatrics and what a big difference of how they treat me and my kids. Leave that place now and go elsewhere! You and your child deserves way better than what they have to offer."
