"My daughter was hurt playing soccer about a month ago. We met Dr. Pete during that process. He briefly explained what he thought was going on with my daughter. The CAT scanned confirmed it. It was his knowledge, expertise and professionalism that really but my family at ease. Due to us having such great interaction and building trust with him at our time of sadness, we traveled all the way from NYC to have my daughter’s stent removed. I didn’t want anyone else removing it. Thanks again Dr. Pete and staff!"
"Took a whole week to get my referral then I had to call she was rude and said to go back to my doctor avoid this sorry place for a doctors office at all cost"
"I started seeing Dr. Owuso last year. I was having a lot of UTI's, and he told me that if I have symptoms, to come in to leave a urine sample. Last Thursday, September 14th, I went in to leave a sample as I was 3 days symptomatic. The medical assistant told me that they would send it for a culture and that would take 24-48 hours, AND the on call doctor would call me even if it was the weekend. Okay, the result hit my chart on Sunday evening, September 17, and it was positive for infection. Monday morning, I called the office and left a message on the nurse line that I had seen the results and was anxious for my meds to be sent to the pharmacy. I had not heard anything over 5 hours later, so I sent a message in the mychart portal. That got me a phone call from Andrea, and she stated that I would hear when the provider views my result. I asked if she knew if it would be that day, and she stated that she did not know. Now, I was 7 days into my infection. This morning (8 days in), September 19, I looked at mychart and my result still had not been reviewed. I have not heard from them. I printed my result and took it to a different provider for help. It is 2:23 p.m., and my result still has not been viewed in mychart. Why would a practice let a patient suffer, and risk complications? Their actions tell me that I am not important. Last Thursday was my last visit to this provider."
"Highly recommended. Randall and Kelly at this practice are phenomenal and always make sure my needs are taken care of. Thank you CFV Urology and staff for great customer service!"
"This is what my husband said: "I first saw Dr. Pete for a prostate exam. I have seen him one time since. Both times he was very matter of fact and knowledgeable, and put my fears to rest. On my second visit he remembered me and all my concerns. I was very surprised that any Dr could do that. He discussed treatment options with me and made sure I understood each one. I trust him completely. His bedside manner was very professional."
