"Upon my visits to this office it is always warm and inviting. The workers are kind and treat me with respect. I really have a lot of respect for the workers in this office because even though they deal with patients who come in and are rude and upset due to situations beyond the workers control they are courteous and always handled, solve the problems professionally. I do enjoy coming to this office."

"Some office staff seem less than qualified/trained. Communication (returning calls) and follow through with requests are impacted. It’s unfortunate since patients are already in so much pain. New ins denied medication for reason not medically necessary based on information provided or not provided by office staff. My diagnosis is occipital neuralgia and failed cervical fusion for which I have undergone multiple procedures by this office. The doctors are fine though they seem rushed, poor client relations overall. I can not recommend this office. I pulled the email from other posts and also sent."

"Absolutely awful. Definitely would not recommend. I messed up an appointment time because I’m in excruciating pain 24/7 and just asked if I could still be seen, they just said it’s best if I never see them again. It was completely my fault I messed up the time. Will just try to pawn you off to the next doctor without treating your pain. I’m sure it’s frustrating working with people in pain 24/7 but if your compassion has diminished go find a different job. No compassion. No mercy. No second chances. Extremely dissatisfied. "Never answer the phones, front desk is cover they have a ring camera to see if somebody is there if you are lucky and they see you they open the window. The doctor I see speak fast I can understand her good go strait to medicines without putting a hand on my and explore more of my situation. I call last week to cancel my appointment because of my bad experience I leave a mesage, nobody contact me yet. Find another place , even talking in the waiting room with other patience have the same issues I have experience."

"I went and on phone they told me they treat hand injuries Then I went they said she doesn't. NEVER received the medication that she said she would .I was waiting now 35 minutes on phone for my prescription. Terrible services left me hanging with pain and no medicine Would not recommend this office.."
