But I have to call every month to request a refill on medications I have been taking for months and years. His office does not assist CVS to initiate my refills and to keep them in stock at the pharmacy."

"The Doctor is great, they need to retrain their nurses or hire new ones. You don't give someone a sample of medication to try without given them instructions and then you give it to the receptionist to give to them and they don't know anything about the medication themselves. I take it they don't either like their job or don't want to be bothered."
