"To my patients, the owners at Living Well wrongfully terminated my employment the night before Christmas via email with no reasonable response given. Not even a phone call to discuss. Truth is, the owners continually coerced me into seeing patients in South Carolina illegally knowing full well I am not licensed to see patients in SC, the owners offered to send all employees a Christmas bonus but then realized through poor billing management that Living Well had over $25,000 of missing funds and attempted to recharge copays that were already paid. Tammy at the front desk will purposely not answer phone calls nor assist with patients that she has a personal conflict with. The final straw was when Rob, brother of the owner, made an inappropriate sexual in nature comment to me regarding the mother of my patient. Following my formal compliant, I was terminated. The behavior of the owners is deplorable and they should never be around patient care. Please be seen anywhere else!!!!!!!!! Furthermore, if you are a provider contemplating working here, please reconsider. Definitely not disgruntled. I care about my patients and they have a right to know how Living Well treats people. "My doctor, Derrick Bieller, was an exceptional provider. He demonstrated extensive knowledge about medications and consistently updated himself on the latest and most effective treatments for his patients. Having seen many psychiatrists across different states due to military relocation, I can confidently say that he is the best I've encountered so far. The front receptionist, Ms. Heather, was also absolutely lovely - she was incredibly sweet and helpful. Overall, I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone seeking care for their mental health."

"Middle-aged with an aversion to pharmaceutical solutions until general anxiety turned into panic 2 years ago. After an ER visit where I thought I was DYING of a heart attack, I left with a bunch of recommendations for practices to follow up with. I tossed them in recyclables. Or shredded them, can’t quite recall. But Living Well called to check on me and see if there was anything they could do. With panic persisting, I made an appointment, with great hesitation by the way. As a patient, I had to learn patience with this process, had to put A LOT of work in on myself and had to do some advocacy as well to get me on a treatment path that was the best fit for me medicinally. I was heard by my practitioners and grateful that they tolerated my rough times and communications. And grateful that they celebrated my progress. I don’t know if I would have found stabilization without finding Living Well. Each staff member I have encountered has been compassionate and has gone above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard and that my voice was important in my healing journey. I have a long way to go to remain stable and the work does not stop. But I’m hopeful. It feels good to feel hopeful again. It feels good to feel again.
