"My mom receives medical attention from this facility and all i can say is that the whole staff, to include the front desk, nurses and doctors, are all phenomenal!"
"I had my appointment at 11:30 on Tuesday June 7th. When I arrived I was welcomed very friendly by the front staff. I answered there questions and payed my co-pay. When I was done the nurse came out before I even sat down and was taken back to the exam room. She took my vitals and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Within 5 minutes the doctor was in and was very friendly and did my exam and I was done within 10 minutes and then she walked me out to the lobby for my paperwork. The patient rep them gave me my paperwork and highlighted things I should be aware of and set up the next appointment. I was very impressed with everyone and have been going there for about 6 years now and would highly recommend them."
"Wait time is too long. We been sitting here over an hour and 15 minutes and still haven’t seen the Dr. Please remember that the patients are seniors and they get tired faster than younger patients especially with a mask on!!! Please do something about this. Or at least while they wait offer them something to drink ."
"Dr seems to be good, but don't seem to have a personal relationship with the patients (as far as remembering them or details). Also, if you need a drs office that can fit you in if you are sick, this isn't the clinic for you. We have tried to have my parents seen a few times for sudden illnesses and there has never been an opening. As long as you are good with only ever needing to be seen for scheduled appts, then this may be good for you, but what's the point of having a doctor if you end up having to go to an urgent care if you get sick and need to be seen."
"My mother is 71 and recently had a stroke. She had an appointment at 3:30 to see dr. Bongu. We sat in the waiting room from 3:15 until 4:00 we got called back and have been waiting every since and it is now 4:45. Again my mother is 71 and had a stroke and these doctors have her sitting in a uncomfortable wooden chair. They do not even have the desentsy to explain what is taking so long. My mom told me of another time she came here to see Dr. Bongu and they took their sweet time and when the doc came in she told him she was about to leave and he told her to leave then. What ever happened to doctors that cared about there patients."
