"Avoid this place! Whether it’s setting up appointments, being seen for common services, or doing the billing correctly - they fail in each department! You will spend more time arguing with the staff of Southern regional Ahec than you will receiving medical attention. Last year I spent less than four hours in their office and well over 100 hours trying to correct those 4 visits! The receptionist will refuse you services you are eligible to receive. The doctors will rush you out of the office and then take several days to give you paperwork you requested before you left. The billing department will charge you co-pays for services that are covered at 100% and will have bad attitudes when asked to correct the billing. And the CEO will gaslight you instead of making the employees fix the problem."

"I have been a patient here for over 15 years. I have always recommended them but i am not sure what has happened the last 2 years. It is very difficult to get an appointment now in a time matter based on the reason being seen. Also customer service and kindness is seriously lacking. If you dont like your job find a new one!"

"Save your time and have a peace of mind GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I was told different scenarios each time of coming in contact with them whether over the phone or in office. They will switch up New (fresh on the scene) Doctors ALOT and everyone is on a different page. Definitely will make you feel like an experiment. They checked my moms BP and it was 155-158 top# “3” times that it was checked in office. And now a week later, Dr. Ramesawany calls and say to me that it’s normal for BP of 65yo but she explained that it was high in office. They are so confusing and either don’t remember what they explained or they just flat out don’t know what they are doing."

She listened to me, brainstormed solutions for my health, and advocated for me to see specialists to solve my health problems. Check in was easy and smooth. Everyone was so lovely and kind. The nurse that took my vitals was so sweet and soothed my anxiety with her kindness. I am so beyond satisfied with my care."

"This doctor’s office is a joke. If you are able to see another provider at a different office please do so. Every time you call they make it seem like it is an inconvenience to have to service you. No one is forcing you to do your job. If you don’t like it simply get a new one. There is not one person who has answered the phone who has been nice. Whoever I just spoke to today was very unpleasant and when I asked what the balance on my account was for she has already hung the phone up. Like seriously? Every time I go here they never do what I ask. I ask for certain blood test and when they do it.. they don’t even look at what you asked for so you then have to spend more money to be able to get the blood test you asked for. I’m not a doctor but I know they take several tubes of blood for a reason.. which they can use for multiple test. Not just one.. tell your insurance to stop allowing us to go to this clinic! They are so unfriendly it makes no sense."
