"Very disappointed with this urgent care , The Doctors are good . But the person that does billing is up to know good. You get charged a copay and it’s not even the copay your insurance charges you. I’m going to take this further and see a lawyer about this , She’s charging you saying she has to pay her employees, that has nothing to do with me. If you have a balance that doesn’t make sense you better make sure you pay attention because she’s getting over. I hate to find a new Doctor but I will not go to a place that bills you incorrect. This is a matter that has to be resolved by the law."

"They don't return phone calls, they don't make their telehealth appts either. When you call, no one answers. But every time you go to the office there's 3 to 4 people behind the desk. The doctors are great when you see them. But they need to do better in that office!"

"I have been to Medics Primary and Urgent Care 4 times in the last 5 months for 3 different reasons and every time I had an appointment I was always greeted with smiling faces and treated with utmost respect and care. I have an injured shoulder in which Doctor Fredrick Asare put in a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon to have an MRI. He also put in a referral to see a vascular surgeon to have an ultrasound for the varicose veins in my legs just to be on the safe side. Other than my injured shoulder which may need to have surgery in the future when I can afford it. Doctor Asare gave me a clean bill of health. I will continue to go to Medics Primary & Urgent Care in the future if ever needed."

"Absolutely would not recommend. I've been on a broken knee/femur for over a week now and they haven't even read the MRI results that I have in-hand myself. When asked to be referred to an orthopedic specialist, they put in the referral with incomplete information thus prolonging the situation even further. I've called multiple times, left voicemails, etc. and nothing is being done efficiently. Definitely the kind of place that will give you the runaround and prolong your care because you are nothing but a payment to them."
