Goshen Medical Center - Cape Fear Office

"My mom has been coming to this place for a little over a year now.We was at the Goshen in Dunn nc but transferred to Fayetteville. Yes our wait is long sometimes but well worth it. Why our wait is so worth it is because when we get called back from our provider Samantha nurse our whole visit is a wonderful/everything. . Why because the nurse is AWESOME she is the best with the best provider. The nurse treats all her patients as her own family she keeps us laughing and is absolutely very carrying for all her patients. When calling about things for mom the nurse and Samantha are quick and go hard to get what we are in need of. They always go over and Beyond people like Samantha and her nurse is the kind of people Goshen needs to strive hard to keep. The only thing we have issues every time we visit is the front receptionist’s are always playing on there cell phones, breaking Hippa rules, or coloring cartoon pages. But after all we are always excited and happy to see our caring, loving, and joyful nurse and Doctor. APPRECIATE YOUR FABULOUS STAFF"

"so while I genuinely like my doctor, here, this facility is horrible. A few months ago, I needed to communicate with them regarding my medication, I called them every other day for two weeks, and they never returned my call. It said on the voicemail they would return the call in one day, never happened this led to me running out of my medication and having serious side effects . during this time, I needed a referral sent to the VA as well, that referral paperwork was not submitted for almost 2 months, greatly delaying, important health care Three weeks ago I received feedback on my MRI from the imaging center that they sent me to. I thought for sure they would reach out to me so we can discuss the next steps in dealing with my injury. Not only have they not called me, but they have failed to return six phone calls in the last three weeks. Then I drive there to see that they are closed because their Google hours are not accurate and they have a piece of paper taped to the door that says they close at 11:30 on Fridays, so I drove here because they can’t be bothered to return my calls only to find them unexpectedly closed. My doctor here is great, I really hope that she changes practices to a place that her patients can trust. If you care about your health, I highly recommend another facility."

"This is worth 10 stars! CC, the receptionist is AMAZING!!! Hands down the best in customer service and getting things done!! I am satisfied 100 percent! I was needing an MRI and my insurance kept denying it but she took the time to fix the problem so that I got it done. My doctor Samantha is the BEST! Thank you CC for making my experiences there so worth it!!!"

"I've been overcharged for both visit to this office. It took 6 mos to get the billing department to credit my $25 deductible (x2) that I paid them but they are still charging me an additional $25 for each visit and won't tell me why I'm being charged. Since this was a wellness check up with GP my insurance company says that I should have only been charged the $25 deductible that I had paid at time of service. I can't get answers from them so I will not go back here. They have lost my trust."
