Reviews
"We have used urgent care services here for adults as well as children. Always helpful and thorough."
"The people working at the front were audibly talking about a patient in a derogatory manner. They seemed really impatient with us as well when we walked in and said it would be a 90 min wait in spite of having an appt. We just ended up leaving. The office seemed to be more cluttered and not representative of the WakeMed experience I have come to expect."
"I have to agree with some of the other comments that this facility only cares about the money. I went in yesterday for ear pain and a sore throat. The NP that saw me said, my ear was clear but was inflamed and had drainage. She advised me to go home alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen, using Flonase as well. I woke up this morning with my ear draining and in worst pain. I called Wake Med 365 and spoke to the rude lady at the front desk. I asked if she could have the NP call in an antibiotic for an ear infection. She said, the notes said if symptoms progress that the NP said, to come back in. An NP isn’t even a doctor nor has the experience a doctor does. So, now I’m having to go to another doctor to get a second opinion because this facility only cares about how many times you come in (each visit more money for them) and not treating you. Beware of this place!"
"This is not a real urgent care. Do not go to my 365 for urgent care. You may end up liable for your ENTIRE bill. Again this is NOT a real urgent care. They are primary care only! Despite the sign saying “urgent care” because they are not actually one there are stipulations to coverage. Update: called my insurance. They said I was not told the full truth! And they suggested I find better a better urgent care to visit… So be careful out there folks!"
"The clinic was very clean and staffed with a great team! My primary care provider, Jennifer Petrone PA-C, listened to all my needs and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend her for any urgent care or primary care needs!"
