"I came here other times, but this time, the sonographer was called to say that there was nothing wrong with the ultrasound of my breast. I said it hurt a lot, and asked why it was caused and she said, "Oh well, that's the million-dollar question." I found this so frustrating, and I was kind of traumatized because it felt like I was crazy, and nothing to them. Another thing I noticed is that she apparently had a cold, and wasn't even wearing a mask. (sneezing, and congested with a tissue in hand) If the results are normal, and someone is the patient, don't act like you don't know what you're doing, and empathize with your patient, I am very disappointed. I will ask my primary care provider to refer me to another imaging clinic."
"Never saw a bill from them and now getting collection calls. When I called to rectify got rep with Pinnacle who told me she could not recall bill from collections and then hung up on me ( conveniently so I could not take the survey) so here is my survey. Will stop referring my patients to this organization!!! How deplorable!"
"I could not have had a better experience. I was not feeling well the day I went in to have my ct scan. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. I did not have to wait long and the technician that did my ct scan was great. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. I will also go back if I need any future testing."
"One star for my experience prior to my visit. Five stars for the people actually in this office. Amanda, Brooke, a Paula were all great. Great experience in the office. Kind, helpful, competent. The problem was, Cardinal Points gives you no way to access the actual people in the office through any numbers they give out online, in their emails, in their texts, and in the online account you can set up with them. So, there’s no way to talk to them unless you physically walk into the office. Cardinal Points Imaging is literally impossible to get in touch with by phone. Their number takes you to automation, and the “press #” options lead you to the wrong places. They have one number listed online and in the texts and emails they send to you. Call it, you get automation, and press the number you need. Here are my two experiences. I needed to talk to someone about what I’d be charged at the appointment. The number to select to talk to billing took me to a billing service who doesn’t service Cardinal Points imaging, so they can’t help you. Second call: selected the option to call about my appointment, and it took me to scheduling, saying they were out of the office (on a Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m.). The reason I needed to talk to them (which I couldn’t do, per the above): I received a text saying my deductible had not been met, and that I’d owe about $750 when I came for my imaging. My deductible was met 8 months ago, and every doctor my family has been going to since then has acknowledged that and billed according to that. I checked with my insurance carrier, too, and they confirmed that, as well. So, I needed to talk to someone to get Cardinal Imaging clear on that. Again, the one and only number they publish online and in their email, texts, and website will not get you to anyone who can talk to you about that, nor get you to someone in their office. Wasted an 30 minutes of my day. Now I have to go to my appointment with that unclear, perhaps having just to walk away, rather than be charged the $750 my insurance will pay them. The lack of ability the patient has to contact them gives them a one-star. Their staff in the office is five-star."
"To start with I have severe closterphobia so the thought of getting a MRI and being stuck in a tube does not sit well with me. The staff Josha, Brooke and May were absolutely wonderful. They made this experience pleasant and as stress free as possible. The procedure took about half as long as I expected as well. This was the best experience I have ever had getting an MRI. Thank you so much."
