"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was highly recommended but I was never able to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. I had called on 3 separate days. One time someone answered the phone and the immediately asked me to hold. I was put on hold for 25 minutes and then the line was disconnected. Each time I called after, the phone system said "this person is currently unavailable" and returned me to the previous recording over and over."
"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! i had a referral to come and be seen here for endometriosis and the door was locked during their office hours and continued to ignore me and my mother. each time i called to make an appointment no one would answer the phone at all. please be seen somewhere else because you will not receive the care you need."
"I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment like they ask. I am sitting for 30 minutes and haven't even gotten vitals done so I ask the front desk about getting seen. They clearly did not check me in for my appointment. She says that she left a note for the nurse. Now after an hour pasr my appointment they leave for lunch with me sitting there. And I was helped finally by the senior coordinator to come back later. Everytime I come here I am waiting at least 30 minutes even when they aren't busy. This is ridiculous at this point."
"Came here for a postpartum check up after my first child. I showed up 15 minutes early, like asked, and waited another 1.5 hours to be seen. I was 4 weeks postpartum, and the only thing really discussed was birth control. I have no interest in taking birth control because I've never had good reactions and I didn't want it to affect my milk supply, but the Dr kept pushing it. I also had a really bad tear and the Dr only looked at it after I asked. They werent going to look otherwise, assuming "it must be fine, I'd know if it wasn't". I wasn't given any information on if I was cleared for intimacy or working out. The Dr ended with telling me to think about birth control options and come back in January for my birth control of choice. Terrible, terrible experience. I truly felt like just a number during my visit."
"It was supper hard for my 32 week pregnant wife to transfer from VA to NC. We couldn’t transfer her medical record on a timely matter since she needs an appointment urgently. But Makayla at the front desk was super nice and so professional and because they are booked . , she made sure that she will work with her supervisor to make an appointment soon. Thank you Makayla for your help and assistance, my wife and I really appreciate you."
