"I can not say enough good things about Dr. Hanselman and his staff. This has been a tough time on this journey however, Ms. June checking you in is such a pleasure, she always asks how you are and seems to genuinely care, Ms. Marina is such a wonderful nurse. She gets to know you and amuses you while you are either getting your stitches out or a cast change for the 3rd time and then the boot. She makes you feel at ease. Dr. Stephanie takes the time to listen to any concerns you have or any questions. She is very kind and very gentle when checking you out. Now for Dr. Hanselman. What a savor he has been. From the first visit to the surgery. Dr. Hanselman has even taken the time to answer any questions I had submitted on my portal. (Even on July 4th). He talks to you like a person and not a number. He has a hundred or more patience, but he somehow makes you feel like you are the only one. He doesn’t rush your visit. Hands down this has been one of the best TEAMS I have ever encountered."
"I initially went to this location after being involved in a car accident. I developed severe left arm pain, that I honestly didn't attribute to the car accident. I thought perhaps arthritis had set in. William Payne, PA was the first provider I saw. He then in turn had me to see Dr. Reeg. I now feel he suspected me of faking the pain. My visit with Dr. Reeg was very brief, as he asked few questions, then had me to raise my arm. Of course, by this time the pain had subsided. As he walks towards the door to exit, he says " You can settle your lawsuit now". Dr. Reeg's lack of empathy and professionalism is unfortunately the norm now. Needless to say, the pain still comes and goes...."
"I don't like to give low reviews but I'm very frustrated with Duke Knightdale and the Duke health system in general. I went to Knightdale over a month ago for a foot injury and have gotten the feeling that unless you're right in front of them in-person, they don't care about your care. I've left multiple phone messages (never returned) and the only follow-up has been short/uninformative messages by portal or automated message. The experience has left me confused and frankly feeling like no one is looking out for my care and well-being."
"very professional very conscientious of my time. spoke to me like an adult, the doctor was thorough without being condescending. The staff was also exceedingly pleasant to speak to and they had scheduled my MRI appointment at another location before I had even made it a mile down the road. I highly recommend this Orthopaedist."
"Dr Reeg has been a true blessing to our family. We are pleased to say that we have followed him from Greenville to Knightdale. We have all confidence in him. We would highly recommend him."
