"I saw a PA at the UNC urgent care today. He had looked at my record, was knowledgeable about my complex medical history & immediately knew I would need some help to get through the sickness (antibiotics & cough meds). Absolutely wonderful experience."

"The staff is great… but the cost to have one child evaluated for strep and flu was over $900. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. I was told that would have been the cash price as well but working in healthcare myself I know that is not true. Cash prices are often less than amounts billed to insurances but per contracts there is no way around billing my insurance. $460.73 is what I owe for a strep and flu test. Our healthcare system is so messed up."

"The absolute worst urgent care I have ever been to. The staff have zero bedside manner. I took my 1 year-old, waited for hours, and she wasn't seen due another emergency. I get emergencies happen, but communicating wouldn't hurt. When I went to say I'm leaving due to the wait time and being forgotten about, the receptionist was extremely apologetic. The clinical staff didn't care about my injured child at all. Duke ER in Raleigh has much better wait times and caring staff."

"They would not see my 3 month old with a terrible cough (all I wanted was an oxygen check and someone to listen to her lungs) because she was “too young” and they only see children over 5 months old. (Two other organizations within this building told me they see children over 4 months old so someone is lying anyway.) There should be an option on the website when making a reservation to input the birthdate so that you would know ahead of time that they won’t see your child. I could have made an appointment somewhere else in the 3 hours I waited for my appointment. Disappointing."

"I woke up this morning feeling like I had a UTI and went to this urgent care to get a urinalysis and diagnosis. Walked in, immediately greeted by two very pleasant and professional ladies at the front desk, was offered to complete my urine sample before I was called back in case I was ready (which was awesome cause I was hydrating all morning). Completed the urine sample, immediately shown to an exam room, a nurse completes some normal questionnaires and vitals, and doctor comes in and asks some more questions all within 15 minutes. They completed the urinalysis and confirmed my UTI diagnosis, called in an antibiotic prescription, and completed my visit all under one hour of me walking through the front door. Very efficient and considerate, would come here again."
