"The person who did my procedure was excellent. My problem is with the billing. My insurance was billed incorrectly. When I tried calling to explain this I spoke to the most UNHELPFUL woman. She could not answer any of my questions. I explained several times what happened and she kept saying she didn't understand. She asked what my bill number was. I explained I hadn't received a bill from their facility yet, I had gotten a claim update from my insurance. The whole point of me calling was to get this corrected BEFORE they billed me. Again the woman who did my procedure was wonderful but after my experience today I will definitely NOT be going back there. I do not have time to sit on hold for hours and then when I finally get to speak to a representative they cannot answer my questions and have a poor attitude."
