"Staff was so rude, the manger herself was very unprofessional, very hostile and aggressive! Staff definitely was not welcoming, DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. When I asked for clarification following my appointment staff told me “ she is the manager she determines if you even will be seen, she can make you leave” absolutely not, I am not a child and will not be talked to like one. I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star! I do NOT recommend."

"Thus far, in my limited experience with this office, I found the woman who set up my appointment to be patient, kind, and compassionate. I always start any new endeavor in a positive state of mind. Hopefully, I won't encounter any rude staff. I can tolerate a great many things, even long waits, but what I absolutely will not accept is a misguided bad attitude. I'll update this review after my appointment. UPDATE: I have to say that my experience was completely contrary to the bad reviews some people had expressed here. I didn't find the interior to be dated or untidy. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and they were actually ready to take me back before I had completed my patient forms. The receptionist greeted me and was friendly. The nursing and lab staff were professional and kind. Even upon exit, the woman who made my next appointment was pleasant. I especially appreciated Mr. Arrington. He was attentive and thorough, which I appreciate as it has been over a decade since I've been seen regularly by a physician. He literally addressed EVERY issue I had. I am happy with my choice of primary care providers. The only "hiccup" was that there's a problem with the New Patient Forms link on their website. Keep up the excellent care, Rapha!"

"I can say that Ms Mary is very nice and my nurse and the lab staff as well. I called and hit the referral extension and was transferred to some guy from India I could barely understand. He told me he would call me back in 10 minutes and never called back. I called back and spoke to a young lady about a few prescriptions that were not sent in for me, and she was condescending and rude and just plain stupid. I should have read the reviews before I scheduled my first appointment. To hell with this place, I'm going somewhere else."
