"I had the pleasure of experiencing my first-ever facial with Nicole, owner of Beautified Esthetics. Communication is key when it comes to trying something as new and intimate as a facial, and Nicole checked all the boxes. Her office is incredibly welcoming - almost as welcoming as her! She does an incredible job getting to know you as an individual and your skincare needs pre-appointment, and is very accommodating when it comes to addressing specific skincare concerns. Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. The questions you’ll answer will help determine the best course of care for your skin and ensure you don’t trigger any allergies you might have. The session itself was wonderful. Again, it was my first time having anyone professionally care for my skin, and Nicole walked me through every single step and product she used during my session, what each tool/product was doing for me, and the sensations I could expect during each step. She’s incredibly detailed, and also mindful of comfort level and desire to chat/rest in silence. I could not have envisioned a better first facial experience in such a sanitary, comfortable, and welcoming environment!"
