UNC Urgent Care at Park West Village 1104 Market Center Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560

"If I could give 0 stars I would. If you actually want to be taken seriously go somewhere with real doctors. I came in after not feeling well for over a week. I came in ready to talk about the problems I had with my ear, nose, throat, sleep, a lot of things. My daughter (new at daycare) went to the doctor this morning, had a ruptured eardrum from presumably the flu, my wife (also sick) has a sinus infection. This information was not useful to the PA Karina there. She shut me up and said lets just talk about your symptoms. She checked me out in all but 2 minutes with an attitude. I got a superior complex from her, maybe she's mad she never became a real doctor. Regardless, I was in and out with her within 5 minutes. She said I had no sinus infection, no ear infection, no strep, however I don't trust her. My entire family is sick. I felt as if she wanted me gone as soon as possible. Said to take some Mucinex or delysum and said you're good. Not good enough, and maybe she is right but the fact that she did not want to hear anything I had to say was very alarming. Having felt rushed out I shared my concern with the nurse coming to discharge me. He got mad that I was not happy with my visit, because he had just got there. I will never be going back to this location, Urgent Care in general now has a sour taste. I wouldn't trust these clowns to remove a splinter."

"This facility and UNC itself is a Con and they are tricking people into paying more for the services after initially telling a patient the amount they will be liable for. First I was told one office visit fee for the visit and then they turn around and bill another $100 on top of the visit without any explanation. This UNC is a scam, go somewhere else if you don't want to keep getting bills with out any explanation."

"Honestly the best urgent care experience. Very little wait time, I went twice, once with an appointment and again as a walk in. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Check in was super easy. All the health care professionals who work there were the best. The nurse was super helpful especially and took the time to really educate me on what was going on. This not only was helpful for my understanding of how to take care of myself but was empowering. Truly an amazing health care experience in a climate where that is nearly impossible achieve. Thank you UNC Urgent Care at Park West Village."

"One of the Nurses at this location was rude and had no remorse for the pain that I was in. I had an urgent matter and arrived 15 min before closing and she didn't ask how I felt - what was going on with me - but said that they couldn't help me because they were closing soon and turned the other way when I was pleading for help and direction. I had to go to the ER as this was Not an emergency. I have never felt so disrespected."

"Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had outside of my current primary care provider. I came in extremely hopeless. My doctor didn’t have any openings until 10/2 so I came here with intense neck and shoulder pain. They were so thoughtful and patient- explained all the expenses associated with my visit, and made sure I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. I’ve been so frustrated when visiting the ER, other urgent care places, and doctors. I literally cried when leaving over how kind the ENTIRE staff was. They helped me get relief until my appointment, and I can’t express how grateful I am for it. Thank you UNC Urgent Care at Park West for listening to me, being so kind and helpful. I wish I could make the team that was there today my primary care team!"
