"I wish if there was a ZERO Rating option. This provider charges for bogus services. I went there with my wife for a preventive visit. The doctor wrote us a medicine after preventive visit for which she charged us 100 dollars. This doctor is greedy and has untrained staff who don't understand customer service. After my experience, I found similar thing happened to other. I also know they are buying google reviews. So research abt this provider from other avenues before taking a service."

"Thank you for the quick appointment. This helps when in emergency. Liked the service and the doctor for her quick check up on the health. She understood my problem to the exact point. In us, it is very hard to get an appointment at-least with a nurse practitioner but with this hospital it is very quick and fast which I expected and liked the most. Thank you!"

"Anxious out of my mind since this was my first time at the gyno, and I feel like I was so disrespected. I said I was anxious, dr didn’t care, didn’t explain anything and just had me scoot to the edge of the chair and shove the speculum in. No warning, no explanation of what she was doing or going to do. God forbid anyone with sexual trauma comes here because the dr clearly will not care. Nurse was friendly and lightened the mood, but after everything, the dr literally just walked out. Didn’t tell me to get dressed or anything, just walked out. Front desk didn’t explain anything to me, just scheduled my next appt (which I told her not to) and said bye. If you want someone gentle and caring, who will walk you through the process, especially if it’s your first time, for the love of god do not come here."

"Dr. Haritha is not good at checking patients. She tells the front desk people to book appointments even when not in need and do unnecessary tests and charge huge bill. When you call the help desk enquiring about the bill, they will just put you on hold and we have been waiting for 2 months to talk with that team."

"Recently we went for annual test for my wife and they charged huge amount for blood works. Later we had multiple appointments for 8 B12 shots as Dr. Haritha suggested. They charged us a huge amount for each and every visit. Initially we were told to pay $17 as copay for each injection of B12 and after a month we received 200$ bill for each visit which includes office visit and nurse charge. So we had to pay around $70 (excluding copay) for each injection where my insurance covers $130. We are not happy with Dr. Haritha also as she was not giving proper information about the reports and the health status."
