"Have been trying get in touch with their front office since last 10 days. Left around 8 voice mails. No response yet. They have charged me for my regular annual checkup which is covered by Insurance. Lab Corp said the office put in wrong codes so we have to pay. To correct this we have been calling since 10 days. Now we get a letter from collection. We visit their office they ask us to call their billing department.. Tired of running around and no help from them!"

"Excellent service! Everybody was so sweet, kind, and polite. From the receptionist, to the nurses and the doctor. They took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I will recommend this clinic to all of my friends and to anyone that needs any kind of medical attention. You can tell they love what they do and that they care about their patients. "I have been here for almost 2 years, and the last year has been terrible. No one answers the phone, they don't care if you get charged out of network for a referral they made even though you asked for in network referral, and they blow off your health as "normal" when you stress it is not normal for you to have certain problems. All they do is blame the patient, and an apology was never given for their mistakes."

"Went there as new patient. After 1 1/2 wait I was seen by nurse practioner. She agreed to call in temporary RX of drug I needed until I could come back in for bloodwork. Waited and it never got called into CVS. Started to call the doc office and leave messages. No answer. Finally got someone on next day who would only tell me she'd deliver the msg. No call back. This week I left mgs everyday and no one would ever answer the phones ir call me back! So I've run out of needed RX and no way to get it. Are they even open, I wonder? Very dissapointed"
