"Before Mindpath took over and this was Carolina partners, the care was much better and the practitioners more experienced and compassionate. When they slowly started to trickle out, they were replaced by doctors who only work remote, and mid-level Practitioners who were smarmy. What used to be a great asset turned into a garbage fire. The way some of their mental health professionals spoke to my husband makes me sick. My husband was able to get his Esketamine treatment, but when they decided it was not lucrative for them, they gave 30 days notice at the end of the calendar year to find a new treatment center which included authorization and The process of getting excepted to a program could leave a patient without treatment for up to six months because of waiting list. All they care about is money and their billing department is an absolute joke. Charges are not billed correctly and the front desk staff doesn’t take payments half the time. Dealing with them is enough to make somebody mentally ill kill themselves. Not to mention that they will take hundreds of dollars out of your account without any kind of authorization. They had to be reported for unauthorized charges through our bank. Beware."
