From the front desk at check in, P.A.s, nurses, Interns, radiologists and back to front desk for check out and scheduling of next appointment. Everyone is patient, kind, attentive, compassionate, understanding and they have ears that hear. So many medical providers just tell you what to do or not to do; they don't take time to listen to your concerns or allow you to ask questions. This is not the case at UNC Orthopaedics Doctors nor any of the Staff, even the Billing department personnel have caring attitudes and are very professional but "nice". Dr. Ostrum will answer your questions and concerns, He is straight forward with information advising treatment options available for you based on your specific problem or circumstance. He will ask you questions so he can better understand your needs as a patient. He takes time and is concerned with all aspects of the healing process. As a former patient, I can say with hesitation I would go back and I would take my Mother or any other family member to UNC Orthopaedics is they needed."
