"I've been contacting this clinic since Dec 2023 numerous times. My son was referred here for a 2nd opinion on his diagnosage and each time I called they would transfer me to a voicemail to leave message. Not once did they ever mentioned a waitlist. Today is the 5th time I've contacted them as I still have yet to heard from them. FI ALLY the lady told me Oh there's a 9month waiting list. WELL GEEZ had the lady from the first time told me that I wouldn't had wasted all this time contacting them waiting for an appt. Horrible customer service it only took them the 5th time to FINALLY tell me the reason why I never received the call for my appt. I would not recommend as they obviously don't know what they are doing from front desk to the scheduling team."
"My 4yr old son has been going since January, and I can already see so much improvement! My son absolutely loves going to Hopebridge, and he is constantly asking to "go to school". I love picking him up and seeing a smile on his face and his RBT telling me how great he did. I am one happy mama!"
"I normally do not write reviews, much less not so favorable ones. As a mom with a special needs child I feel it’s my responsibility to let other families know about our experience at HopeBridge Chapel Hill. Their management does not have a clear understanding of ABA nor Special Needs kids. Unfortunately, they have a real problem with retaining their RBTs. I realize ABA Theraphy companies struggle in general with retaining staff, but HopeBridge Chapel Hill has an extremely high turn over rate."
