"I made an appointment for the same day I called. The receptionist said I needed to bring in proof of income for recertification, I informed her I had a note from the elderly lady I work for and said that was great. I showed up for my appointment and then was told that wouldn't do,( it had to be on there form) so they couldn't except my note. I asked could I still be seen and she said it would be full charge. Now the only reason I go to piedmont Health is because of cost of cost. I became very emotional because I didn't have the money. So I said then I guess I can't be seen and proceeded to leave and turned and told the receptionist that their sign said they did not refuse anyone even people with no insurance. At that moment the other receptionist said to me that she didn't refuse to see me?????? Now if you don't have the full amount and they don't let you be seen without payment first?????"

"The dental side is shady! They tell you one thing when scheduling the appointment, $175 for cleaning and x-rays. Hahaha. Not the case. Wasted 175 and did not get what I was told. Will not be returning!"

"Honestly I waited very long in the room I didn’t eat nothing and they took many vials of blood the bathrooms barley work and it stinks they don’t care about the patients terrible service wouldn’t recommend coming here"

"For the amount of people Peidmont Health has to serve, I think they do an excellent job....considering they are packed with clients, children, family members thats have to take family members in wheelchairs or just can't go alone I think they manage. the chaos pretty well....Are they perfect?No...but what Drs.office is?Do they make mistakrs?yes,but they do everything possible to make it right...Also, these people that complain so much need to think about what would we do if they closed? Ithink they are heaven sent and we need to just be patient and appteciate how hard these people work."

"The pharmacy manager Jennifer Hooper will call you a lier if they make a mistake with your medications. According to Jennifer Hooper they do not make mistakes and your just a lier. Unprofessional and very disrespectful staff. The pharmacy needs to be audited and a complete state review of management needs to be done. The waiting area is disgusting and the bathrooms smell."
